Last year was a great year for myself so I’ve decided to publish the things I enjoyed the most over the last 12 months. This isn’t a definitive collection of everything, just a round-up of everything I can remember.
When I began learning and practicing web design, the idea of using brown as the dominant colour of a web page just never occurred to me. I also noticed that not many sites were using brown as a prominant colour, or at least I didn’t come across any well designed ones. In the last year or so, I have started noticing more and more sites that use brown as the main colour. After having just started playing around with a new app on OS X called LittleSnapper, I’ve rounded up some sites that use brown and use it well.

Over at the Surfin’ Safari blog, the WebKit team announced last week some changes to the Web Inspector utility. These improvements are only available in the Webkit nightly builds available on the Mac or on Windows.
